We are having lasagna. It's not homemade I've been a slacker the last few days!

@no longer the best it is a dough filled with potato or a veggie and baked. You find them at kosher delis because they came here from European Jews.

Spatchcock. It's a way to roast poultry that makes it cook super quick. I do it with my turkey at thanksgiving and it's always moist (ew) and beyond delicious. I've never done it with a chicken though!
