Only wants one breast

My daughter is 7.5 months and this just started, but I have always offered both breast at feeding and she takes them both.  Well now she only takes one.  She doesn't seem hungry and I am fine with it, but what will this do to my supply?  I have been pumping after she is finished on the side she doesn't take.  And get mixed results when I pump.  Should I just offer one side and leave it and offer the other side the next session?  I pump during the week/during the day.

My lo has always preferred my left. She'll eat from right but not as much. I produce more in left too. I keep offering but I think it's normal.
