Third-Party Reproduction

Hello - newbie here :)

Hello , I'm new to this community and I am so grateful that I found people I can talk and relate to that understand the roller coaster IF is full of ups and downs full of questions and concerns. Here is a little about me and this very long road I have gone thru; I am 32 years old married for 7 years to the love of my life , we found out he has unexplained azoospermia about 6 years ago , it was the most devastating news ever he felt like he wasn't man enough , so we have worked on that went to a male infertility specialist in Gainesville, FL that gave us hope , he said he could fix him and get his little swimmers to come out , so he went for the surgery while they where there sperm was taken out and stored , doctor told us that there was no way to fix his problem and the sperm he was producing was immature he told us we could try IVF with the samples he collected so we did with no success , then he told us we should try a fresh IVF cycle that meant when I wold go for ER they will open him up and get a fresh sample of sperm , so we did a fresh cycle with no success , we were very frustrated and looking still for some answers at this point they said I was young and healthy with no issues in whatsoever. Our next step was a second opinion with one of the best clinics in USA in Jacksonville, FL ( FIRM ) we had one little frozen embryo left that we transfer and again no success , doctor suggested DS at this point the idea of not having children with my husbands genes was just not an option for us , so I came across EA and luckily our clinic offered that option so we did the process picked a set of beautiful embryos had them transferred , we did that twice with no success in between ET and IVFs I had all kind of test being done with no answers on why a healthy young me could not conceive. at this point I was so exhausted my body was tortured so badly that I needed a break in that break my DH and I talked about DS and doing IUI since it's not as invasive as all the treatments I have done so far so we had 3 IUIs done with no success. A friend told us about a great clinic in Orlando, Fl so we went there looking for answers , doctor said I had endometriosis and I had to have a laparascopy / hysteroscopy done and that will fix the problem so I went for the surgery they found mild endo and a few polyps some scar tissue , we took a month break after that then we did 3 IUIs with all different medications , with no success. Where am I at this point? I have to given up the dream of having a human grow in my womb , I want to be a mother so badly that I'm willing to do anything to achieve this dream so we went back to FIRM ( jacksonville ) I just picked out our adopted embryos (3 beautiful blast ) and Monday we have the appointment with our RE hopefully by my next menstrual cycle we can get the ball rolling. At fist the stress of getting some answers and the dream of building a family had us go thru my husbands 401k , my mother in-law is supper supportive she has lend us some money we have tap into our savings , now we are at the point that money is becoming an issue , I have insurance but zero fertility coverage so all this time everything has been paid out of pocket , it is such a shame that people like us that have this MEDICAL issues the MEDICAL insurance I spend so much money on pays absolutely nothing , and leave us with not only the stress of conceiving we have to stress about where all this money to build a family will come from. Anyways that is my story , thank you for reading and I hope my journey can help someone in here that is looking for answers and support
