Nia is 3 weeks today, she's preemie, supposed to be born 12/26. She eats well and is growing great. But DAMN this reflux is driving me mad. I seriously am scared to sleep, I'm nervous she'll choke in her sleep. We had an appt today with her pedi, she is having us try some different formula. Also trying diff nipples. But she has so much congestion. She spits up bubbles, and formula. I'm so worried, I seriously am feeling depressed about all of this, I just wanna be a great mommy.
Any reflux advice?

Yours doesn't have to be a sad story
Definitely try Dr Browns and keep upright after feeds, even putting your LO in Mobywrap/ergo carrier/whatever you may have, if your arms need a break. The way you are describing it, I would also be one to recommend asking for a rx to help reduce the amount of acid being produced. Sometimes you have to try a few out until you get one that is strong enough. It does take a few days for the meds to buildup in LO's system, so it's not always an immediate relief like chewing a TUMS for an adult.
One thing I was told by my NICU nurse practitioner the other day, is that they are no longer mixing cereal with breast milk as there was some study that basically showed rice cereal breaks down breast milk and in one extreme case is "believed" to have led to a case of NEC at a NICU in Anytown, USA. Although that last part is sketchy, the liability side of it is preventing them from doing it anymore. A friend of mine who nannies for a mom with 4 month old twins that have severe reflux told me that she uses Xanthan Gum to thicken breast milk and gets the same result as if it were rice cereal. So maybe see if that would also be an option, even though you are giving the formula a go.
Hang in there. It is VERY stressful and exhausting as a mom watching your baby struggle through this pain. I hope the answer for Nia is found soon!
