Diapers on registry

Are you registering for diapers? I've never seen it on other people's registries but I've had two friends say it's accepted to do that now. Especially if you already have a brand you want to use.

I registered for some, I also know other people who have too. I want practical baby things, and diapers are definitely practical!

I have, and pretty much everyone I know has. Some of my friends registered for a few different brands they wanted to try. I just registered for Pampers.

I don't plan on asking for them/putting them on my registry. But my DH works in a MHP and a friend of his asked what we wanted and DH specified that he didn't have to do anything and the friend refused and said he'll buy four or five boxes of diapers lol so I guess diapers are okay for a registry because people are gonna buy them anyways, might as well suggest the brand you'd like

I registered for cloth diapers. I doubt anyone will actually get them but I didn't think it would hurt to put them on my list.

U can put them on I did with my first one. Also for the shower u can have people bring diapers and win the door prize.

I didn't know this was something people did. Do you register for different brands as well as sizes? FTM I don't know which brand of dipers/wipes will work best, but I'm loving this idea.

We are def registering for diapers! Mostly size 1 & 2. We think this is the most practical thing we can register for and the items we are hoping to receive the most.

I only registered for one brand but a bunch of different sizes. I've seen different brands and sizes on registries.

I went to a shower where they asked everyone to bring a small pack of any size diapers and if you did your name went into a drawing and you won something if your name got called. Just a way to get people to bring diapers instead of registering for them.

I registered for different sizes for my first. I had already known the brand I was hoping to use based on recommendations. It was really helpful

Sure. I don't think I did, but we were already stocking up. I've seen it and there was always a case or two gifted at the baby showers I've been to either way. I say, go for it

Sure. I've been to showers where they have raffles and such. I put some on my registry just so people know what brand I intend to use. Go for it. You can never go wrong with diapers.

Yep I have seen it on my friend's registries. I have also see breast pump which some people found it weird. Totally personal preference. If people think it's weird, they simply won't pick it as a gift. No biggie.
