How many weeks are you? 20 weeks...cue Jon Bon Jovi.....OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH we're half way there OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH livin on a prayer!

What fruit/ random object is baby? Banana!

Any symptoms or updates? My baby bump literally popped this week...so I now truly believe that happens  There was something there before but now there's no question it's there.  DH thought it would be nice to say how he doesn't think I'll make it past my due date (which I'm hoping I'm a few days late for maternity leave reasons) because I'm huge.  Did no one ever teach this man manners?  Seriously, you don't comment on a pregnant woman's size...

Food cravings? Aversions? Yesterday I HAD to have honey mustard and onion pretzel.  They were delish.  And same DH tried to eat half of the bag, too, but I gave him a hairy eyeball and now it's stashed in my school bag for my eating as I wish :P

Upcoming appointments? Next week, finally!  We'll have our a/s.  I'm super excited to see my baby boy looking like a HUMAN! Or, at least, that's the plan.  

What are you looking forward to this week? A/S!!!  And my girl cousins are coming to visit...haven't seen them since August so I'm pretty stoked about that.  Also, Monday is our day of caring at my school where we do service projects with the kiddies, and that's always a good time.  Also, everyone seems to say 20 weeks is the magical number when they KNOW baby is moving, so I'm hoping that happens to me this week, too!  I think stuff is going on down there, but I'm not 100% sure, so I'm anxious to definitely know!

GTKY: What (if any) dreams have you had involving baby? And if no dreams involving baby, any weird vivid dreams during pregnancy? So last night I had a dream (er, nightmare?) I went to my a/s and they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat, but rather than freaking about it or giving me an u/s they told me I could go to the hospital if I was worried.  In the dream I was uncontrollably crying.  Ugh...what an awful thought to wake up to.  I hope there's no truth in that dream! (although, I can't imagine my doctor's office would be that insensitive, number one, and number two, we are having an u/s, so they won't just be looking for a heartbeat!)

What fruit/random object is baby?  A sweet potato today

Any symptoms or updates?  Just like you @MommyP710, I feel like my bump "popped" this week.  It's nice that it actually looks like there's a baby in there, and not just too many Christmas cookies.  

Food Cravings/Aversions?  Not really this week.  I feel like I finally turned the corner with the nausea, so I'm really trying to work on eating lots of healthy food.  

Upcoming appointments?  I see my OB on Tuesday for a regular check up, and then we'll make the appt for the A/S and F/U.  Yay!!  So excited to see our LO in there!! 

What are you looking forward to this week?  Hearing the heartbeat again on Tuesday, getting an A/S date on the calendar, hopefully continuing to feel better.

GTKY:  I had a weird dream a few nights ago.  Baby had been born (it was a boy in this dream), and we were still in the hospital.  I must have had a c/s like with DS because I was in bed with all the monitors still.  Anyway, my parents came to visit, and they brought DS.  I was so mad that someone put barrettes in his hair and gave him a Pebbles Flintstone look.  Then, my mom and DH kept asking me when we were going to leave the hospital.  They were asking every 2 minutes.  I was getting so mad because I didn't know how long the drs would want to keep us, but everyone kept asking me.  I actually woke up from the dream all huffy and puffy (elevated heart rate and everything).  I shoved DH and told him he had been annoying me in my dream.

Any symptoms or updates?  still have a stuffy nose, but otherwise feel good.  i think my gums are bleeding, tastes like it... eww.

Food cravings? Aversions?  i've been eating a lot of steak burritos.. lol

Upcoming appointments?  had my 2nd yday, only up 1 pound!

What are you looking forward to this week?  the weekend, which lasts 7 days!  though, ill still go work my 2nd job. ill just be lazy

The baby is the size of a grapefruit.

Symptoms: feeling the baby move a bunch, sore back.

Food: going for a steak casadilla tonight. Yum

We have our a/a next Wednesday. Pretty excited about that.

I always have weird dreams about the baby. Lots about breast feeding.

What fruit/ random object is baby?  An onion and/or hockey puck

Any symptoms or updates?  Not reeeeally. Just fighting insomnia/nightmares. It's made me a huge crabby bitch at work and my patience/tolerance for stupid people is at an all-time low. I thought sleep deprivation would hit later!

Food cravings? Aversions?  Random stuff pops into my head and I'm like "I must eat that NOW!". Last night it was hot dogs after talking to @letsgobowlingx and she mentioned how good they sounded. I ate three. Yum. Still not into meat and sweets so much.

Upcoming appointments?  2/04 for the anatomy scans

What are you looking forward to this week?  For Friday night when work is over and I can get in my jammies and not talk to anyone other than DH. (I'm such a grump I tell ya!)

I haven't had too weird of dreams about the babies, but before we knew what their sexes were I would dream about twin girls a lot. When I found out they were twin girls (and not b/g as I was thinking) I was like, oooh, alrighty then!
I do have very, very vivid dreams in pregnancy though. Weeks ago they were just normal day-to-day vivid dreams that would make me question my sanity. I would dream up conversations with people and they'd feel SO real but when I would mention it to the people IRL they were like WTF? Now they're just very vivid nightmares, but in my dreams I'm aware they're nightmares so sometimes I can pull myself out of them. At least I don't get those confused for real life haha.

How many weeks are you? 20!! Can't believe we are halfway there and its all downhill from here!

Any symptoms or updates? Not really. My baby is sitting so low! The area between my pubic bone and belly button is SO hard and sticks out. I feel like it just makes me look fat. I really want her to move up and round out.

Food cravings? Aversions? Nothing specific. I agree with @katekat8721 that if I start thinking about a food or someone mentions it I want it right then! And I won't stop wanting it until I have it.

Upcoming appointments? Not until Feb 4th, I think.

What are you looking forward to this week? Just being halfway there and looking forward to feeling her more as she grows.

Felt the first nudge from baby boy beside my belly button. Other than that the little "flutters" everyone talks about tickle or feel like a bug crawling around.. and I instinctly rub or scratch my belly every single time!
Food cravings? Aversions? 
Had a massive craving this afternoon for some of my Granny's fried apples, fried okra with ketchup, polk salad with crisp bacon and vinegar, what we call "wilted lettuce" with bacon and onions, Salmon patties with ketchup and cornbread with apple butter.... My mom is the best because she is fixing the apples tonight with the Roast she already had in the crockpot! Cannot wait to call granny, she wants to cook for us all the time.
Upcoming appointments?
Monday is my  technical 20 week u/s It was set for the 28th but being as Monday is a state holiday I could go then and save my leave for maternity! So excited, just praying he is still a boy!
What are you looking forward to this week? 
Looking forward to the snow, going shopping post baby appointment with my Mom since hubby has to work and having a much needed "Mom & Me" day out. Picking out the crib at BRU and going to an awesome children's consignment store in Lexington, hoping to get some good deals!
GTKY: What (if any) dreams have you had involving baby? And if no dreams involving baby, any weird vivid dreams during pregnancy? After finding out early it's a boy, my husband and I started seriously working on naming our baby. The day I heard the name Baylor, I fell in love with it. That night I dreamed of my deceased Dad, throwing a little boy up in the air who looked like my husband with my nose, dark hair and skin tone (like my Dad) and my husband's bright green eyes. Dad was smiling from ear to ear, at the end of the dream, he tossed him in the air again and said "Baylor!!" with the biggest grin I've ever seen. That just made me want to name him that even more. I woke up smiling and in tears. So, right now, his name is unofficially Baylor Michael. Michael is my husband's family name (seriously 10 of them have that name) and that is also my Dad's name (and my middle name). I love that little confirmation I got in my dream... if he was here, I can only imagine his elation of becoming a Grandaddy

Someone made a comment to me because I had a soda today....I maybe have one a week if I need a pick me up? And my doctor said I could have one a day and still be fine. We're talking a can here, not a giant slurpee. Ugh why must people judge?!?! And still planning on hot dogs for dinner, with beans. Should make my night interesting

How many weeks are you? 17! What fruit/ random object is baby? I saw a turnip and onion Any symptoms or updates? We had a surprise ultrasound today and found out it is a girl! I had spotting for the last few weeks and quite a bit of blood today. So my doctor sent me to the specialist and they quickly identified the source. Low placenta and pooling of blood. It was a nice surprise! Food cravings? Aversions? Not really. I finally got my shaved ice and it was delicious! Upcoming appointments? Had one today, next one is on February 12th which will be the a/s scan What are you looking forward to this week? I know right? And it was a friend who said it, too.  A friend who is TTGP.  I will just remind her of all the "rules" once she's KU since she was carrying a large soda and a bag of chocolate! I don't think she was trying to be mean, but it is rude to essentially second guess what someone is choosing to do with their own body.

I regret my decision to have beans with hot dogs, although, I bet my DH regrets it more than me!  BAHAHAHAHA

The hot dog was delicious.  I put a half slice of American cheese on it, and am eating leftovers for lunch.  YUM!
