Today will be a better day even though the dog had a nasty accident on my nice clean floor this morning and DD threw up on me twice when I was trying to get ready for work.  I'm really trying to stay positive.  Now please pass the chocolate.

I'm down for beers.  Hard liquor and I used to be friends and then BD happened.  And somehow, I get nauseous every time I think of hard liquor... like it betrayed me or something... LOL

And I second putting the kids down early! Even though DD usually falls asleep by 7

There is a bar in Chicago called Trader Todd's, and they make a really really mean Mai Tai, and while those weren't what caused DD, they are the beginning of my ending my relationship with certain liquors.  I have never puked that much in my life.  And, I still feel really awful for all those people that were underneath the train platform.  And in the restaurant BD took me to so that I could get some food into me.

Lol! Vodka and patron were my vices while partying. I used to drink so much tequila. A group of girl friends bought me two pottles of patron for my batchelorette party and my xh and i got in a huge fight when him and his dumb ass friendstook both bottles and my jack to a party and drank ALL of it.

Did you hit him?  I would have.  Anyone who steals my Guiness is dead.  Or my Goose Island.  Oh man, Goose Island had this bacon maple beer that they made for a brewer's convention in Chicago and you could only get it at the brewery/bar.  It came out garnished with a slice of bacon... It was sooo good... Sad though, because they wouldn't let you take a growler home nor have they made it again. Maple bacon beer is SOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!

I may or may not have punched him hard. That was a lot of alcohol. I also spent the night at my best friends and refused to come home and take care of his hung over ass.

I had gotten into hard cider with dinner last spring. Then BD came over for the weekend with a hard cider six pack. I barely remember the conception. My clearest thought from it was "hurry up so I can go to sleep" lol.

And, of course, that's what I was thinking the night DD was conceived. And pretty much every time we had sex the last couple months of our relationship. LOL

Speaking of partaking...

DD and I were grocery shopping at Walmart last night and there were these two dudes who were really into the happy grass.  I mean you could smell them 3 aisles away.  They must have some really bad glaucoma.  I so wanted to point them in the direction of the chip aisle.

Bd was the first guy i hooked up with after xh. I was just glad he wasnt xh whom was TERRIBLE in bed.

I'm a wine drinker or vodka. I spent the month of June in France, pregnant, so I was unable to really get my drink on There was no alcohol involved in DD's conception. It's actually kind of sad and still makes me want to cry a little, her conception was me trying to save my marriage. Not that I was trying to get pregnant, but it was the weekend I found out about xh's affair. What upsets me about it is I wish she could have been concieve by two people who were in love with eachother, not in desperation, lies, and deceit.

Now i just want to hug you! I wish that your dd was concieved under happier circumstances but at least you got that beautiful little girl of a sad situation. Cteep internet hugs!

Yep.  So much for having a great day.  I just found out the company that paid my short term disability when I was on maternity leave last year didn't take out any state or federal taxes.   X(
