So, I am hating the alarm clock on my new iPhone. I do not like a 10 minute snooze because I fall back into a deep sleep. And this morning when it went off all I did was touch the thing to pick it up, and apparently I turned it off instead of snoozing, so I was up 15 minutes late. Long story short, needed a quick workout. Enter Crazy 8's. I don't even have time to post now, but need the time to recover before I can even shower!
I used 2-12lb dumbbells. You could also use a bar. You do 6 sets of:
8 standing shoulder presses
8 bent over rows
8 alternating lunges with dumbells in rack position
8 burpees
8 squat and presses
Breaks are in increasing intervals, 15 seconds, 30, 45, 60, 75.
Warm up was a progression of all types of planks, cool down was a few plank/push-up moves.
Whole thing took 22 minutes.

E has been dropping her nap the past couple days. On the plus side she had 0 middle of the night wake ups that I'm sure was related to her not napping.
K freaking woke up at 1 and played for 45 min while I slept next to her. Kids man.

Last night I was so tired, that I didn't even make it to the gym. I guess 5 days straight of 2-3 hours per night really took a toll on me. I crashed at 8pm. Tonight, I need to make up for it though. My plan for tonight is to run 4 miles, do a weight workout, and do day 9 of my 30 day ab challenge.
I also brought a healthy, semi Paleo lunch which will help me stay on track today.

I have to usually do 1-2 days and then one off day. I ended up having a three day break because I relapse with my chronic health condition whenever I work.
