Saw on Dec2013 you're battling mastitis - no fun!!! Hope you're feeling better. I've been getting recurrent clogged ducts and even that sucks so I'm sure it's been a rough few days. Thinking of you!

    I can definitely feel the lump and usually have the best luck expressing in the shower - can tell it's the clog because it'll be a yellowish sticky milk. That's weird you can't feel it. I think you can get mastitis just fr bacteria too, maybe that's it? So glad your DH could help out - makes a huge difference! Especially since they say mastitis can be made worse or brought on due to just being run down too. Hopefully the antibiotics kick it ASAP!

    BFing is still a struggle over here but we're getting through it. ENT today said he sees no tongue tie and nothing he can do so just continuing to work on latch and hope she grows out of her latching issues. Thanks for asking!

    I hear you on just letting them do the shallow latch and moving on! Hopefully the antibiotics kick right in and you won't have to worry about it anymore!

    I go back to work in early March - still figuring out exactly when. NOT looking forward to that, but it's financially necessary. How about you? I forget if you are going back or not?

    I hope you can get rid of that last little clog soon! I never had mastitis, but a clog here and there. I usually got it out by massaging it in the hot shower and lots of nursing. 

    I am feeling alright. Heartburn and back pain are getting more frequent now, but other than that I really can't complain!
