low estradiol - good outcome possible?

My soggy is messed up so quick background: me (33), dh (41).  Diagnosis: severe MFI.  IVF #1 - success.  2 spontaneous healthy pregnancies.  3 girls total FET #1 and FET #2 failed.  Onto IVF.

I started at the same dose last Thursday as my first IVF 5 years ago - 150 Gonal-f/75 units Menopur.  Labs on Sunday - Estradiol 42.  New doses - 225 Gonal-F/150 U Menopur.  Labs today - low Estradiol (she didn't tell me the number) and only 11 follicles, 5-10 mm.  New doses- 300 Gonal-F/225 U Menopur.  I'm now doing Gonal-f in the AM and Menopur in the PM.

I am so worried that this cycle is going to be a bust.  When I was younger, I had 22 eggs retrieved!  I'm commuting 185 each way to the REI right now, planning to stay this weekend.  My retrieval was tentatively scheduled for next Tuesday, but I'm still having some bleeding and he said there's still fluid/no lining as of this morning.  I've never had any problems before, all of my labs were normal in my work-up.  I did have issues getting a natural period after I stopped nursing DD#3, and now I am wondering what the heck is going on.

Any success stories after this many changes in doses?  I need some inspiration, it is exhausting getting up at 2 AM and driving 3 hours each way for labs/sono!  TIA

First, hugs! We had an initial count on day 4 maybe? Of only 5 follies. This was a shock after AFCs of 20 on my clomid cycles. We ramped up the gonal-f and menopur to double (gf of 300, mp of 150). This coaxed 11 at retrieval, but only the original 5 were mature. We had great fertilization and transferred 2 on day 3. 

Sadly, we didn't get any frosties (the only embie that made it to day 5 wasn't good enough to freeze), however, I did gof my sweet baby J!

I had an AFC of 13 for IVF #1 and had 5 retrieved (4 mature). Gonal-F was increased twice that cycle, up to 450 and Menopur went up to 150 (from 75). That cycle brought us DS1 after a 3dt of 2 embryos.

My AFC for IVF 2 was 10 and I had 6 eggs retrieved 5 mature). Gonal-F was at 450 and Menopur was at 150 throughout this cycle (this one was a Microdose Lupron Flare protocol). That cycle brought us our twins (and 1 frosty) after a 5dt of 2 embryos.
