Anyone else NOT interested in sex yet? I had a c section 10 weeks ago so I thought I'd be ready earlier, but nope, no interest here whatsoever. I feel bad, and in my head I want to but when it comes down to it I rather just handle him and be done with it then do the actual deed. Ugh, hopefully this changes, any encouraging words appreciated!

I feel ya sister! Sometimes just cuddling, massages or whatever you guys fancy helps to get intimate. I've had a hard time in this department too. Sometimes I just give him a hand job, there's nothing wrong with that but add a little tenderness before and after.

Tonight I'm with Goblu1274 DH irked me beyond belief. We did try to DTD last night, and he was really considerate but it wasn't feeling right to me... So we stopped... I'm interested but not tonight and would prefer for it to not be uncomfortable and pleasurable at the same time... Just pleasurable would be nice.

I'll be 11 weeks pp (c section) on Friday and we just dtd yesterday. And to be honest it was pretty good. But I guess it would be since we hadn't dtd since early October.

Up until yesterday I wanted to nut punch, step on his toes and poke him in the eyes. So it does take some time.

Try a glass of wine and put on some slutty undies ( if that's your thing ) and maybe it'll help put you in the mood as well.

I have zero interest. We've dtd a few times since the c section but all 3 times have happened after we've finished a night feed with the twins, and we were bored and couldn't fall back asleep.

This!  He forgot my birthday-kind of.  We celebrated yesterday but he didn't say happy birthday to me before he left for work this morning- so I was ticked.  He did text me at like 8:45-- but again I was ticked because he texted me.  He has been super scatter-brained lately and I do all of the night-waking, so he doesn't really have an excuse.  I'm just annoyed with him lately.

I'm also not interested (and in fact absolutely won't have sex) until he completes his genetic testing.  After a CF scare with DS I got screened for all major diseases and found out I am a carrier of 2 of them, but because DH is a needle-phobe (another thing I am annoyed about) he didn't get the testing yet.  I'm not willing to take the chance of having a baby with one of these severe conditions, so it isn't happening until he gets his testing done.  Luckily I found out they can do the test via a cheek swab, so it will be 2 more weeks rather than the 2 years or so it would take for me to make him take the blood test.

Glad to know I'm not the only one! In my head I think " yea lets do this!!" then we get close to it and my body is all like " wtf woman this is what got us into this flabby,sleep deprived, lactating state!"...fail

The most we've done is hugged ONCE since little one came along.Yes, hugged! Oooh, it's like being in 6th grade. Our love life blows! Makes me sad but, it doesn't mean I want to have sex, I'm scared about how it would feel.

I wanted to dtd last night but dh wanted to play video games instead. He said " I hardly get to play anymore, I've gone 6 weeks so waiting a few more days doesn't bother me. " its nice to know he prefers his video games to being intimate with me. No way am I doing it any time soon now.

I am definitely not as interested in sex as I was before I got pregnant...  I think that I just don't feel very sexy or confident anymore.  DH is great at encouraging me and we are getting back at it little by little.  I think it will just take time and practice, it is like losing my virginity again lol!  Also it helps if I feel attractive, so showering and wearing makeup is a must for me to enjoy it as well!

I'm 10 weeks pp and we haven't dtd. I have zero interest. I am breastfeeding and I read that bf will zap your libido..but also, I'm just scared it'll hurt and I'm tired.
