I second @KristaU831. We got a travel system as a gift but even though it was one of the lighter options at the time it's heavy, awkward, and bulky. We later got a CityMini and I lurve it so hard. Super light, so easy to fold and stow with one hand by grabbing one strap, and works awesome. The difference is huge. I'd highly recommend it, you can get the car seat adapter for the first 6ish months.
We have the Graco Modes Click Connect. Liked the option that the whole stroller seat can come out and the infant seat can click right into the frame to cut down on some bulk. Liked the B-Agile but the Modes was much easier for me to fold up and open one handed.
skip the travel system if you want light weight go for a snap n go and then get something like a city mini or chicco liteway.
Even better - skip the snap and go and just get the adapter for the stroller. I hate having extra pieces of equipment around the house, so I wasn't interested in a SECOND stroller. Got the City Mini (LOVE IT), got the Chicco adapter, and used it like the bad ass snap and go it was. It's a fantastic stroller, why use something else when you can use it.
i skipped the travel system on the advice of friends..most seem cheaply made. We have the UBV and just got an adapter to snap the carseat in it.
Looking back..I probably would never spend that much on a stroller again. Once she could sit up we shot right to a good umbrella stroller..its so much easier than lugging and folding a stroller.
We are getting the britax travel system. The snap and go is only good for certain car seats and the britax travel system was lightweight and super easy to fold up and fits in my smaller trunk. I liked that it was easy to fold up by myself. You push one button and then pull a cord and it is done.
i think its just your stroller preference. Or if you opt for, say, a chicco keyfit infant seat over the britax one. The adapters are pretty easy to use and allow you to use a variety of infant seats vs requiring you to use the same mfctr as the stroller
What is the benefit of doing a city mini, adapter and carseat, vs. a britax travel system? The britax b-agile stroller seems pretty lightweight, easy to fold.
My understanding is that its the exact same thing. Its just that City Mini doesn't have its own brand of carseat, so you need an adapter. But otherwise its the same thing as the Britax travel system. So it just comes down to cost and which you like better.
Any need/have a double stroller? I see lots of ladies recommending the Baby Jogger City Mini, but we have two (16 months apart) and are considering the Baby Jogger City Select. Any thoughts?

I've been crazy with picking a stroller! I loved how light weight the Britax travel system is, but ended up deciding on the graco modes click connect. I love that it has a newborn option without the car seat (can lay flat) and can have the baby face you, also a big basket
I bought the chicco travel system. Love the infant car seat but the stroller was so Big... I ended up spending money on the chicco snap n go and LOVED it until the baby outgrew the infant seat. Then I had to buy another lightweight stroller. Oh and then I got pregnant again and bought a sit n stand. 4 strollers in 2 years! Lol If I had to do it over again I would go with a snap n go and then an awesome lightweight stroller after. The travel system strollers will take up your whole trunk.
