I pronounced feta wrong until a couple years ago. I grew up Klassy, okay? We didn't have such fancy cheeses and leather bound books.

Deep fried.  You can buy it at local asian markets or you can deep fry it yourself.  The either dip in a good hoisin sauce or use in a stir fry.
