WWYD? (Peeping Tom)

So last night as my family and I were headed out of our neighborhood around 6pm (It was already dark) I notice a man standing outside a window crouched over and peeping into a window. My husband drives by and I tell him to stop and back up. He did and by then the man is walking towards the front of the house already and he's staring at us in shock..and us at him. He ends up going inside the house and stands at the door just watching us lol. So of course we end up driving off. But something just isn't right about that. Yeah it may be his own house but why would he be peeping into his windows? I am almost positive it was his master bathroom window cause it was a stained glass window and our neighbor has the same window in her bathroom. My husband said for me to drop it and not to worry about it but something just doesn't sit right with me. I just have some kind of feeling? Am I over reacting or should I do something? Wwyd?
