Swelling above incision?

I'm 5 weeks post c and I have swelling above the incision. My daughter has been in the hospital since a week after birth so I've been walking way more than I should be and up until now i was starting to feel pretty good but the past few days the area above the incision is swollen and its getting painful to walk again. I'm worried I've overdone it and injured myself. Anyone have experience with this?
