My treatment break is over and i'm currently on CD5. The plan is to take 75iu of Follistim every other day and 5 days of Femara. I'll then trigger with Lupron rather than Ovidrel. I'm still trying to decide whether we'll do IUI #6 or TI.

Hello, 3T. I am on my first cycle post weight loss. I seem to have ovulated my later than usual (CD 23) which hopefully is a good thing since before I was ovulating on my own but it was really weak. Today is 6dpo and just seeing what happens. QOTW: Scrabble!! DH and I go on streaks where we play Scrabble for weeks at a time!

Treatment: Deciding if we'll do IVF#2

As for this week - just waiting for beta to finish going down to zero after mmc at 8w3d.  Passed the baby on New Years Day but last Monday's check still showed a 10mm lining and beta at 564 (down from 30,000).  Next draw is on Wednesday.  Also waiting on the genetic testing to see if we learn of any new hurdles.  Won't be deciding on IVF#2 until spring/early summer so while I'm on the bench this month we will then be not preventing - but let's be honest - the chance of natural conception after four and a half years, 5 IUIs, one IVF/FET and two miscarriages is out of the realm of reality.

QOTW:  It's hard to choose.  I like Trivial Pursuit (am I showing my age?), the oh-so-classic Monopoly, and a weird game that no one I know has ever heard of except for my family and amazingly DH's family.  It's called Milles Bornes I think it was from Canada because everything was in english and french.

Hi girls, I think I am 10 dpo in this last 2ww before moving on from TI to IUI. My boobs are killing me today Wish it was for good reason, but AF will most likely rear her ugly head in a couple of days. I'm starting to get paranoid that the doctor's IUI protocol won't work. When they tell me to, I do my trigger shot at 8pm, have 1 IUI 12 hours later, then another 24 hours after the first (so @ 36 hours post trigger, supposedly when I should Ov I guess?). A lot of what I've been reading says 12 hours is too soon and that post-washed sperm die withing 6-12 hours. But then I read other things that say they live more like 72 hours. And since we have MFI, the second IUI at 36 hours is going to be WAY less then the one 24 hours earlier. I also read the title of a research study called "A single pre-ovulatory IUI at 12 hours after hcg trigger is comparable to a traditional IUI at 36 hours". Unfortunately the hospital I work at does not subscribe to the journal that article is in so I can't read it. I'd probably feel better if I could read it, but I will not fork over $30+ for one article. I guess I should just trust the doctor.

I really was geared to start stimming for IVF #2 last week but doc changed the plan on us, she wants to do a hysteroscopy.
So I have that happening on Tuesday. She also thinks we are looking at DOR as an official diagnosis

I had my baseline Thursday and finally got my period late Friday night, so I am all set to start stims for IVF #3 tomorrow. ER should be late next week.  This will more than likely be our last IVF with my eggs.  It's exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time.

Had my second IUI this morning, using Femara, Bravelle & Ovidrel. Start the progesterone suppositories on Tuesday. Going to focus on no sushi, soft cheeses, no deli meat, no alcohol or caffeine and lots of water these next two week, hoping this will help our chances! Everything is aligned just right, hoping this is it!

I had my hysteroscopy on Friday. It was successful. My RE said I'll have the biopsy results this week.Everything else looked good.

My cycle was timed with BCPs and it seems AF is here. Very light right now, but I think this will be CD1. I will call tomorrow for my baseline U/S.

I go for IUI #4 tomorrow morning.  I was on Gonal-F this cycle and my estrogen went high fast so I am only on cycle day 9, but I do have 2 18mm follicles.  I am really hoping this works, but on the other hand, I don't really see how this cycle can really be that much different from the last 3.  The only difference is this time I have 2 follicles.  

QOTW:  Monopoly, hands down.

I went in yesterday for my CD 3 blood work and ultrasound.  I had my thyroid blood work done the day before in my good arm and the tech couldn't get a vein so I had to go to the other tech.  3 tries in total but it got done.  I go for my SHG on Friday then my follow up appointment with my RE and thyroid Dr. are at the end of January.

10dpIUI (#4.1), not holding my breath for this cycle. We are in the midst of consulting new REs so we can pick one for IVF #3. We will do IUI #5 next cycle while we finalize our decision, then move onto IVF #3 in late February/early March.

Hey there ky, just hitting ovulation now with the last TI cycle. We are in Germany, and my husband is obsessed with the idea of a German baby...I just don't want to get his hopes up! I just want to have fun on our vacation. 

So...I find it interesting that the last few BFPs have been from IUIs that are the 4th or 5th try when REs usually recommend 3. That is starting to change my mind a bit on how many IUIs I'd like to do. (My insurance covers 6). Anyone else?

I'm on CD13 today and am triggering tonight for IUI on Wednesday (I think).  I'm a little nervous because I have 3 follies with a 4th that's unlikely.  I'm only on 25mg clomid and I've never responded this way before, which makes me even more nervous about moving to injects next cycle!

So I have my IUI this afternoon!! Had an appt this morning and had three large follicles (30mm,29mm,24mm) and they just called and I am definitely ovulating!

Hi ladies! CD13 here, went for an ultrasound this AM and I have follies on the right!!! Woohoo! Triggering tonight for IUI on Wednesday, so excited!

I had a 18mm and a 30mm on the right. The nurse seemed to think the 30 was too big, she said it was probably 'cystic' instead of a regular follie. Dr. Google doesn't have much of value to say about it. I am trying to be hopeful, at least I get to do an IUI this cycle!

I had my f/u with the RE this morning to see how we move forward. I'm starting provera on Wednesday and hopefully having my HSG sometime the week of the 27th. He said that at this point he is considering the right tube worthless because of the ectopic, so if there is anything wrong at all with the left he is going to recommend going straight to IVF. I'm not quite sure how I feel about it yet.

I'm in the 2ww of the 3rd IUI. Hopefully the beta will be 1/22. We are away this weekend til Tuesday so I will miss the beta on Monday unless good old AF comes. If this doesn't work we have to take a break for a month and start injectables.

I started letrozole (cd 5-9) and go in next Monday for a follie scan. My cd3 scan confirmed that I did ovulate on my own during our break cycle, so that was exciting! We'll most likely have the iui Tuesday or Thursday.
