Hey there ladies!! My names Stephanie - or Steph (whatever u like) I'm thrilled to finally be here after all the boards I've been apart of this has been the one I've looked forward to all along!! After two IVF cycles, Dh & I finally got PG. My pregnancy was eventful to say the least, and ended early at 35w4d after a three week hospital bed rest stay. All this resulted in our princess, Nia. Nia Rose was born 12/26 (scheduled c-section) 5lb 15oz 19in. She had a 5 day Nicu stay, however we all were able to go home together!

She is now 2 weeks old and I'm totally in love! I stare at her all day long. Her pediatrician said she's doing great. She's guzzling 2oz every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Our only concern has been some constipation. Her doc recommended Gripe Water, its all natural, and I actually just tried it and she seems to be relieved. She's sleeping peacefully :)

Anywho - I look forward to getting cozy here while enjoying our LO. I'm sure as a new parent, I'll have many questions, and will be looking for mom advice, afte all IF brain gets ya all crazy and make ya worry about everything!

    IVF with PICSI #3: ER 9/8 (11 ER/8 Mature/7 Fertilized)/ET 9/13 (2 AA blastocysts transferred) 
    Beta#1, 9/26/12: 719 Beta#2, 9/28/12: 1,436 Beta#3, 10/1/12: 3,446
    1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!
    C & D were born on 5/16/13 at 10:46 am and 10:47 am

    She is adorable!!! Welcome. Good luck with the gripe water. We used that with LO because she always got the hiccups - which always resulted in a volcanic round of spit up!

    Can she be any sweeter?! Yay to being over here now. Gripe water has been a life saver for my 2 year old even now. Congrats again mama. You did good. :)

    Hey Steph! Welcome! Indeed, this it where we all want to be with our little miracles in tow! Congrats on your sweet Nia. She is darling! Hospital bed rest sounds awful, but only a 5 day NICU stay and a healthy girl makes it totally worth it, right?

    ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
    Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
    Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 
    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

    TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.

    Thanks for the warm welcome! Love it here already. The gripe water seemed to work, she's passing gas painlessly and pooped good.
    Did you all put the gripe water directly in lo's mouth or bottle? & how often did you use it aday?
