cottonbabies.com I have used their site multiple times using their free shipping option it only takes 2 or 3 days for my packages to arrive. (I am in Utah if that gives a distance perspective)

The only sites I know that offer free shipping are sweetbottomsbaby.com and abbyslane.com but sweet bottoms ships SUPER fast. I'm in SoCal and I always get my order within 3-4 days of placing it.

dearestdiapers is in roseville, CA and has free shipping also. I have always had wonderful, quick costumer service from them.
