Hamburger vs taco? really? Are we 5 years old? Was it too hard to type boy or girl? Yeesh.
I really hate hamburger or turtle thing, it was meant to be funny. Apparently I suck at the funny.
Its not meant to be funny, it legit what sonographers use to determine sex. The vagina is swollen so it can be mistaken for a penis, and the penis isn't overly distinct so its easy to mistake as a swollen vagina.
So, they're taught 'turtle' vs 'hamburger'... because that's what they look like at that point.
Edit: I'm usually pretty good at these, but its too blurry for me. I'd guess girl, but I really don't know.

Yes, I know this, I work in an OB/GYN office. I still hate when they call it hamburger or turtle. Idk why, it's like the word moist, I get the heebies ftom it.
We thought we had a girl too. At 16 weeks, we thought for sure. 20 week anatomy scan today, a boy. Here's the comparison: First one is 16, second one is 20.
The pics aren't the clearest of shots, but I would say a girl. And I've heard docs and technicians call it "hamburger and turtle" quite a few times before.

That sentence just rubbed me the wrong way, because no one at my work ever uses "turtle" or "hamburger" as our terms. Neither did my school. Moving on though
Re: Are you guys still up for a turtle vs. hamburger debate?

Maybe you're having a kitty?
Based on the amount of fast food I have been craving, it's safe to say I will birth both a hamburger AND a taco.
First one is 16, second one is 20.
