Looking for nanny and possible nanny share in Inver Grove Heights area.

My husband and I are expecting our first baby the end of April and are looking for a nanny starting the end of July/early August. Also, we would in interested in doing a nanny share with another family if anyone is interested. Is there anyone looking for similar things??
