Anyone know what a kids snack called a "banana squirrel" is?

A friend of mines DD came home from school yesterday saying she had a "banana squirrel" at snack time and want them to make it at home. My friend has tried searching on the internet and cant find anything. Does anyone know what this is?

So I talked to my friend again. This snack was made by a parent, not the teacher but she is still going to ask the teacher. My friends DD is describing it as something that actually looks like a squirrel.

I evidently came home from the first day of kindergarten asking for "tooter pooters". Evidently tater tot was too hard to say for a four year old...lol
