Beta dropped and u/s showed nothing.. but no bleeding??

I had an U/S on Monday and there was nothing in my uterus but the nurse said the lining was VERY thick.. betas came back Monday afternoon at 629(Thursdays were 708) so I guess I am miscarrying. I stopped all meds on Monday and now at 3-4 missed doses of drugs I am still not bleeding and no cramps-what gives? How long do I wait before I call the clinic?

    First of all, I am sorry this is happening! :( I'd wait a day maybe? Who am I kidding,...I'd call now, but I am super impatient.
    Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
    DH: 31, normal!
    April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
    Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    I'm so, so sorry. I would also call the clinic to ask what to expect. That being said, I had a friend who had to wait over a week to pass the miscarriage. Her OB gave her a date and said if it hasn't started by then, she'd need a D&C. Hoping things progress as easily as possible for you.

    Three TI cycles (BFP...miscarriage), five IUI attempts and 2.5 IVF cycles later...BFP!!
    12dp5dt: 765; 15dp5dt: 1979; 17dp5dt: 3379...TWINS!!!!!

    Oh no. What an awful thing to go through. I hope you called your RE and got done answers. Waiting seems like torture. I had a D/E after my miscarriage as he baby had stopped growing approximately 10 days prior and I had no bleeding at all. As someone previously said, the procedure helped me process some. I hope you get some answers and are ok. <<hugs>>
    Me = 36 with PCOS and 1 tube removed for a cyst and adhesions
    DH = 35 with low morphology

    April '09 IVF (antagonist protocol) = 5R5M, none fertilized, cancelled at ET
    May/June '09 IVF/ICSI = 6R6M6F, 2ET on 6.18.09, 1 frostie, Beta on
    6.30.09 = 51 OMG!! Beta #2 = 167 Beta #3 = 2630!!!!! An uneventful pregnancy. 
    3.16.10 a healthy beautiful miracle boy born via unscheduled c-section

    Now on the quest for another, so our dear son is not alone.

    May/June '12 IVF/ICSI (antagonist protocol) =10R9M9F, 1ET = BFN, 2 frosties
