Feeding two at once ... Podees?

I've heard that, I've also heard of you swap the nipple out for a dr browns nipple it works much easier? (I think they include slow flow nipples?) I think I'm gonna give it a shot :-/

I use them with both of my twins.  It took my DD a while longer to be able to suck hard enough to get the milk out.  They work well, however they are a bit of a pain to put together.  I use them with Dr. Browns bottles.

Used these with both of my boys (6 and 3 yrs.) and we plan on using with the twins.  They saved my life with my oldest when he had acid reflux and the only thing that would help is a bottle.  He would scream in the car until I got one of these it was amazing.
