Planning a VBAC?

Where do you begin if you want to plan a Vaginal Birth After a Cesarean? There’s no way to guarantee a vaginal birth, but there are certainly things you can do to stack the odds in your favor. This month ICAN of Nashville will discuss some tips for increasing your chances of having a VBAC with ICAN Pro Ann Marie Walsh, CCE of Second Heartbeat Childbirth Education

When & Where: January 25th @ 7pm, The Nesting Place 605 Berry Rd, Nashville 37204 What to Bring: As always, ICANoN's monthly meetings are FREE, but please bring a box of tissues, toilet paper, or paper towels to donate to The Nesting Place for letting us use their beautiful office space.

Who Should Come: Anyone who has had a VBAC or planning a VBAC or just weighing that option for the future is expressly invited to join us, though anyone interested in healthy pregnancy, birth, and recovery is welcome to attend, including doulas and other birth professionals. While childcare is not provided, children with quiet toys and babes-in-arms are welcome.
