How long does anatomy scan take?

How long did your anatomy scan take? I am trying to plan what time to tell my boss I will be back at work....

About 2 hours including the meeting with the MFM.

I am not followed by a MFM.
The receptionist told me it would take 45minutes. That seems short??

The two scans alone took an hour and a half to hour and 45 minutes with an extremely experienced tech. Just my regular growth scan checks took about 45 minutes for two babies. So that does seem short to me for the really detailed anatomy scan.

I would plan on two hours, but say that there is a chance you'll be done early!

I was with a reguar OB and mine took just under an hour.

I had mine with an MFM and waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes.  The scan was just under an hour.  Good luck!!

Mine was an hour including meeting with my MFM (actual scan time was prob 40-45 min). I think it really depends on the tech and if your babes cooperate. I would plan for up to two hours.
