I'm 14 weeks tomorrow! I'm due July 9!

I'm just waiting for my NT scan results to come back this week. DH and I are still deciding on if we will be Team Green or not. The first go round we went Team Green. I'm tempted to find out on this one.

QOTW: Ice Cream. Love it, love it, love it. I'm eating it everyday right now which really needs to stop. Thanks for having me

Thanks BeeBee for leading the check ins and congrats on moving to the 3rd tri! I will be moving on in a few weeks but I can take over if no one else volunteers- I think I only have 2 check ins left! Crazy!

AFM, I am 24 weeks and 3 days. Yay for reaching V-day! We attended a childbirth class over the weekend which I think made me more nervous about delivery but overall, it was a good class.

The last few days have been tough emotionally as an IRL friend who also battled with infertility suffered a late term loss. She was due about 3 weeks ahead of me. I am heartbroken for her and her family and can't get her out of my mind. She has already had a long painful journey and this is just so cruel. I wish there was something I could do to take a little of the pain away but I am probably the last person she wants to talk to anyways.

Qotw. I don't think I ever met a desert that I didn't like. Right now, I am picturing a hot chocolate chip cookie with soft serve vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup on top!

@maitaibeth. So sorry that you are having a tough time and are in pain. I hope those little girls (love love the names!) stay put for a few more weeks. You are doing a great job though, mama, hang in there!

I'm 26 w 4 d today. No appointments until next week. Our nursery furniture arrives tomorrow, so we'll get LO's room ready this weekend. :-) I can't believe I'm about to enter the 3rd trimester! A year ago I was trying to navigate new insurance benefits and anxiously awaiting IVF, and now I'm preparing to meet my little girl. Can't believe how blessed I am. QOTW: All desserts are my favorite. I have a ginormous sweet tooth. So far today I have eaten a chocolate pudding cup, a few Nestles' crunch hearts, and later I will have an ice cream cone (B&J's chocolate chip cookie dough) after dinner. I regret nothing.

@maitaibeth you and your girls are still In my prayers. I'm sorry your having a rough time.

AFM: I'm 20 weeks this week and team blue! Henry (no more nemo NN since we know he is a boy haha) didn't give the doctor good views of his heart so we go back in 2 weeks. My back has been killing me! I can't believe in 2 days I'll be half baked! My MIL was like what are you 3 months and I was like I'm 5 and she was like oh time has flown! Yes it has!

QOTW: my favorite dessert is the Godiva chocolate cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory!! So delicious. DH and I are taking our newlywed friends there for dinner in a couple weeks as an excuse to get me that cake!

Hi ladies.
I am hanging in there, the last 2 weeks have been really draining! Right before New Years my grandmother passed so last week was filled with helping my mother with the arrangements. On a positive note, We have begun our registry and setting up the nursery. It was fun picking out all the items, just a bit overwhelming! It still feels so surreal that I am having to do all this!
My nausea is still in full force so I am just doing my best not to let it get me down. I also have yet to gain a pound at 18w so I am just hoping that baby is doing fine and I am getting enough nutrients for him or her.

QOTW: unfortunately with my nausea, sweets are pretty much off limits these days!

@maitaibeth- Hang in there, every day counts and you can do it!  

AFM, I will be 23 weeks tomorrow (tickers off) with my little trouble makers.  Getting more used to this pessary and bed rest at home is going OK.  I have an MFM appt with ultrasound for cervical length on Thurs...just anxious.  I'm having about 2-4 contractions per hour, they are pretty tight but not painful.  

QOTW: Hard question...brownies with cookie dough ice cream on top, yum!!

I am 26+4 today and looking forward to getting into 3rd tri! Nothing too exciting going on, have our 28 week appt next week.  We start classes at the hospital next month and I have 2 baby showers next month as well.  Starting to get antsy to start and finish LO's room so we are hoping to start that project this weekend.

QOTW: tough question and it has to be a tie between chocolate cake and cheesecake

We are 16wk 4days today!  I'm hoping to get that energy boost in the second tri any day now?!  I am still nauseous, but vomiting much less frequently - so we are going in the right direction!  Anatomy scan in a week from Friday!  so excited to see them again!

QOTW: just so not in the mood for sweets still! that is not like me at all! but I did have some pepermint ice cream after Christmas that was yummy!

I'm 23 weeks, 5 days today. Feeling super tired, but work just resumed so I think that's why. No updates. I don't have another appointment until the end of the month so I'm feeling a little impatient. Not craving ANY sweets, which is not like me. I'm usually the dessert queen. Today I could not stop thinking about peaches and cottage cheese so I sent hubs on a trip to the market. It was goooood!

I'm 19 weeks today. Just had my ultrasound all is well and though we weren't going to find out we are team pink . As for the morning sickness still there stronger some days than others but looks like its here til the end .

My favourite desert would be anything with chocolate lol.

Hope everyone's week gets better. I'm at 18+5 with my twins. Good and bad days with feeling sick. Next us is Thursday and I can't wait!! I have got nothing done for the kids! I have a charity event I organize yearly in two weeks so I will have more time after that. I am getting big!! Haha, but I am thankful for it. Here's to hoping things get smoother for all of us!

I like/ used to like all sweets. Just can't stomach them much now.

Wow this has been a rough week for many. Hope everyone is feeling better soon.
AFM I am 18w3d. Made my first baby purchase Tuesday, got a stroller because it was on sale. I started prenatal yoga which was interesting. Anatomy scan is next Wed and I am getting nervous, but I started feeling little kicks lately so that is comforting. I am still Team Green and DH still wants to find out so we better get on the same page soon!

Qotw: Anything chocolate and turtle cheesecake.

Hi ladies!  Sounds like it's been tough out there for a bunch of you.  Keeping my FX that things get better for everyone and stay well for those who are still doing well.

AFM - I'm 16w1d now and I'm feeling really good!  I have lots of energy, no more nausea and my appetite seems to be back.  Maybe I'll actually start putting on a few pounds now to match my growing belly...the weight loss is still beyond me haha.  Yesterday I woke up with some nipple leakage already.  I thought it was a too soon for that, but apparently not based on what some others have said.  I have an appt with my m/w next Saturday, so I'll ask then just to make sure, but I'm not too concerned about it.  Otherwise, all is good!  I do need to work on my sleeping, I wake up on my back and I know I really need to train myself not to do this, but I suppose we can't control it when we're sleeping!

As for other things, we bought a jogging stroller yesterday on Amazon with their 40% off sale!  We originally weren't going to get one or even register for one, but who can pass up 40% off of a BOB!  it was too good to be true, and it already shipped.  Sh*t just go real ;-)  We've also started working on the nursery.  We've been going out checking out cribs.  It seems like I keep being drawn to Sorelle/Lusso brands - not on purpose, just everywhere I go these are the looks I keep going for and sure enough it's one of these brands haha.  Baby Bargains give them a C+, which I'm not thrilled about, but it was less about the quality more about the customer service, so I think I'll probably just go with what I like aesthetically.  I'll probably end up buying from a small retailer, so hopefully they'll help out if we have any problems.  Other than that we've painted the ceiling and have a few sample paint colors that we're going to put up this weekend to see what we like.

QOTW:  Right now, in all honesty, it's fruit or frozen fruit.  Usually I would say something tart like key lime pie or something like that.  But for some reason my pregnant self really doesn't want much to do with desserts.  My friends were over for a ladies holiday get together and I had cookies that I made and muffins and whatnot, I wanted nothing to do with it and asked DH to bring me a fruit salad HAHA.  I suppose it's a good thing!

Hi everyone. I am in my 24th week! Fetal echo and Twin to twin perfusion check on Tuesday. Then off to revel in AC with my DD, mom and sister for a girls night. Looking forward to steak, then spa treatment and shopping the next day.

I am getting more uncomfortable everyday, but need to work as long as possible. I will be thinking of you ladies this week!

QOTW: I like a warm brownie or chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and hot fudge and peanut butter. I love sweets!

Any appointments or other updates? 

No appointments til next week when I will have the GTT.   Just signed up for several classes through my hospital so I can get schooled on this whole actually having a baby thing.   Also trying to get started on a nursery, though that involves putting down new flooring first (right now the baby room looks like a shack...it's bad).  The next couple months should be busy!

QOTW:  What is your favorite dessert? 

This question hurts my brain!   Right now I am fixated on obtaining a slice of banana creme pie from the coffee shop near me, so I will say that for today.

16 weeks today!  I have an appointment this Friday for cervix measurements and protein blood tests, and my anatomy scan is scheduled for Jan. 24th!  Really hoping to find out genders at one of these appointments!!  My bump is now quite noticeable, so I'm glad I finally started telling people at work - it is impossible to hide anymore.  We bought our infant carseats a few weeks ago and have been scoping out cribs and other nursery furniture.  Will probably wait until after my a/s to order any furniture.  My mom got a new sewing machine for Christmas and has been churning out burp cloths and bibs for us )

First of all, hugs to everyone struggling this week.

24 weeks and doing good pregnancy-wise.  I got really sick starting Monday and went to the doctor on Tuesday.  They sent me straight to the ER, mainly because of my heart rate being so high combined with cough and shortness of breath.  Doctor was concerned about pulmonary embolism, but it turned out I have Influenza A (that nasty one going around).  I was hooked up to an IV and given fluids and meds for a few hours and got my pulse under 120 finally so they released me.  It's been a miserable week.  And now DH and DS both have it too.  And we all three had flu vaccines!  OB appt tomorrow including my glucose challenge test.

QOTW:  My favorite dessert is probably fresh-baked, warm chocolate chip cookies right now.  Yum!

Hello ladies!  Hugs to all that need them!

I am 22 weeks and 1 day!  I went in for my OB appt early this week because I was running fever and having aches and chills and misery, so he diagnosed flu and started me on tamiflu.  And I got my vaccine too!  Yuck!  In happier news, leaving tomorrow for Hawaii for our baby moon!  So exciting!  I haven't gained any weight since my last check up but the doc wasn't worried, especially since I am sick right now.  

I haven't had as many sweet cravings as savory, but I was really wanting rice crispies today!  Totally random compared to the delicacies y'all are describing!
