Should I be worried that my 15 week old baby hasn't giggled yet? She loves to hear her own voice and talks a lot, but still hasn't giggled! My husband and I can barely stand it, we want to hear that sweet sound!!!
Ours has only laughed in his sleep (11wks old) so far and it is the sweetest sound. I can't wait for him to do it while he's smiling during the day so we can see him!
21 weeks and he just started! I was swinging him in my arms but not tight to my chest, almost to where his arms could loosely fall free, when he busted out with a huge belly laugh! It will happen when your least expecting it. As long as he, like PP said, is social with smiles and cooing I wouldn't be concerned but you can always ask you ped for reassurance. Just continue to be goofy :P
MH can get LO to laugh much easier than I can. I guess he just thinks he's goofier. I can do it on occasion if I work really hard by tossing him up in the air slightly or blowing raspberries on his feet and sometimes on his belly. Mostly he smiles.
