Spot available immediately in great nanny share in Arlington (Full-time)

We have an existing nanny share in Arlington, and are looking for another family to join the share.  We have a four month old son, and would prefer a baby under a year old, but we are flexible. We have a spot available as soon as late January but are willing to meet with families who may not need a nanny until February or March.  Our nanny has 12 years of experience, speaks fluent English & Spanish, has her own car and a perfect driving record, and is absolutely fabulous with babies. She has been taking care of our son along with a 3 month old girl for a couple of months now.  Now that the other family no longer needs the nanny, we would love to have another family join our share.
