Another day another worry--any thoughts on my u/s?

I had an u/s done today. I am 5 weeks 5 days according to LMP. My beta is 4540, which seems to be normal as my last beta was 716 one week ago, on 12/30.


We saw the gest sac, the fetal pole and the heartbeat!
However, I am reading over my report and am concerned a bit.
So the gest sac is measuring 7mm (which I think is 5 weeks, so I might be 5 days behind??)
The fetal pole with crown rump length of 1.2.
The yolk sak is 3 mm.
And the h/b was measured at 162! that seems really high to me from what I am reading for this early. Although she may have gotten it wrong though b/c she was having me hold my breath...who knows if that is accurate.

Any thoughts? I am not really sure what this all means, but it does seem like the gest sac is small, which worries me, and the hb is high!
Ugh.

    You can measure +\-5 days its totally normal 162 is high but she prob measured wrong.

    Sounds good to me too. And remember, they are measuring something teeny teeny tiny. The measurement probably wasn't perfect. Try not to worry, get off the google, and enjoy being pg!

    Sounds great!  As PP posters have said, you can measure a little ahead or behind.  No need to be concerned, especially if your RE wasn't!

    Sounds all normal to me! Hang in there and congrats

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    Keep tough! Those ultrasound measurement are estimates at best. Awesome to see what you did! Congratulations!
    Me = 36 with PCOS and 1 tube removed for a cyst and adhesions
    DH = 35 with low morphology

    April '09 IVF (antagonist protocol) = 5R5M, none fertilized, cancelled at ET
    May/June '09 IVF/ICSI = 6R6M6F, 2ET on 6.18.09, 1 frostie, Beta on
    6.30.09 = 51 OMG!! Beta #2 = 167 Beta #3 = 2630!!!!! An uneventful pregnancy. 
    3.16.10 a healthy beautiful miracle boy born via unscheduled c-section

    Now on the quest for another, so our dear son is not alone.

    May/June '12 IVF/ICSI (antagonist protocol) =10R9M9F, 1ET = BFN, 2 frosties
    Aug '12 FET, 1ET= beta hell, 2 rounds of methotrexate, 4 months later Hcg < 2 
    Jan/Feb '13 IVF/ICSI (long lupron protocol) = 18R18M18F, 1ET = BFN, 10 frosties
    Apr '13 FET w 2ET (one from '09 and one newer) = (strep throat during 2ww) biochemical = BFN
    June '13 FET w 2ET = 1 baby boy lost at 10w, D/E with karyotyping, loss due to monosomy 21.
    Karyotyping of me and DH negative for a balance translocation.
    Dec '13 FET w 2ET, BFP!!!! 12/26 beta #1 10dp5dt = 781, beta 2 12dpt= 2234 could this be real?!
      Not giving up yet.
    5 frosties on ice.

    Truly realizing how much of a miracle my son is and praying this will be a sibling for him.
