Texture issue???

My dd is 20 months and only really eats "crunchy" food( crackers, cereal, veggie sticks). When I give her anything else she picks it up and hands it back to me. The only way I have been able to get fruits/veggies into her is making green smoothies. Any suggestions on how to get her into other foods?

Can you just keep offering?  What happens if her meal doesn't contain any crunchy foods?  Does she simply refuse to eat at all?  Can you start with foods that are slightly harder in texture but not totally crunchy, like toasts?  And what about firmer fruits like melons, cantaloupes, or watermelon? 

I recently made a batch of broccoli and cheese nuggets.  They are baked in the oven so the outside is browned and crispy, but the inside is still rather soft. Do you think your DD might eat those?

Mine is the same way which is why she dislikes most fruit. It's too slippery. I just keep offering it and hoping she likes it someday.
