I didn't make it

I tried as hard as I could, but I did not make it to midnight last night. I blame my second tri body and the fact that I was up at 6:30 getting ready for work.

I ended up falling asleep at 10:30 while DH was watching "Terminator" (not exactly my favorite movie) and I woke up at 12:45. DH had turned everything off and gone to bed, didn't wake me up from the couch to come with him, just went to bed. 

Oh well at least I got a good nights sleep for once

I went to bed at 10:30, dh had gone at 8:30 since he had to work at 2 this morning.  yuck!

This is just the beginning of many years of not making it til midnight!  hehe.  I know a lot of local mommies that celebrate the east coast New Year's because its only 9PM  here.  Sounds like a great idea to me!
