So, in the last few years we've all had some stressful times. How do you decompress? I used to chill by going to the gym, heading to the park or mainlining a tv show via netflix. A few years before that, I'd head out to a fancy bar and have a drink with my girlfriends. I can't do most of these things at the moment. Mainly, I chill by enjoying silence while LO sleeps... and it isn't all that effective

What do you do?

yesterday I escaped and walked the aisles at marshalls... just kinda wandering and people watching... after 30 minutes put back the items I had selected (can def live without new placemats and new list journal) and came home to my smiling LO
At home... turning on Musak and cleaning/reading a book
