We are looking to transition our 2 1/2 year old into a new room within the next 3 months before the new baby comes. Currently we have a full size bed in there. We are debating whether to just move her from her crib into that full size bed (only a few years old) or if we should toss it and get a toddler/twin bed.
Has anyone transitioned their toddler from a crib to full size bed? Any issues I'm not thinking of? Or should we just get a little bed for her to save space?
Also, if we do keep the full size bed, does anyone know where I can find cute little girl bedding? I'm particularly looking for themed bedding like Bubble Guppies, princesses, etc as opposed to just plain pink or "girly" styles. It seems like most of the character bedding is only in toddler/twin sizes.
Any advice on bed size or bedding stores to try? Thank you.
Re: Full size bed for Toddler? Bedding options?
I got DSs duvet and bedding from ikea but I just wanted a solid color (I opted to use removable transportation themes wall decals to give his room some interest instead)
