Reverse-Feeder need help!

My LO will be 10 months on the 12th and is EBF. He eats solids but is not the best solids-eater yet.
LO is in a complete reverse feeding hellish pattern. For example, he didn't eat for 9 hours yesterday during the day, then ate like 6 times over night. That is an extreme, but he typically only take 8 ounces (10 on a good day) with the nanny 7am-4:30pm. Then he nurses a zillion times at night. I don't think I've slept more than 3 hours straight in a long time.
I work about 20 hours per week as a physician... and my law school semester is about to start, I'm taking a full-time course load (yes, self-torture! I know I know). It is fairly possible that I might die of sleep deprivation if I can't get LO's feeding reversed. Any experience? Help? Advice? Deeply appreciated!

  • Try doing a dream feed in the early AM. That really helped with DD1.

  • I'd really try to push more milk during the day and the solids, I'm sorry I don't have any great advice :( Will he take baby cereal? A good serving of that mixed with bm and then a good feeding right before bed might help.
