Quinny freestyle vs. bugaboo cameleon

We are looking at used strollers and wanted to hear from people that had either the quinny freestyle or bugaboo cameleon. Any likes or dislikes? We are hoping to buy this wee. Both offers are in good condition but quinny is 3 wheel and cameleon is 4 wheels. Not sure which is better...
