Experience with Britax or Phil and Teds

Sorry for (yet) another post on strollers, but does anyone have any experience with the Britax BReady stroller? I'm looking at this vs our Phil and Teds Double stroller, which is six years old and on its last leg.

I can't think of any other strollers (that aren't sit and stand) that aren't side by side.

  • City Select is another option.  But no experience with any of them.

  • We have the b ready but second LO isn't here yet. So far I love using it with DS who just turned 2 and I plan on snapping in the car seat for as long as I can on the bottom! We have the chaperone.

  • We had a b ready for a few days, it felt huge to me so I returned it. There are a number of in line doubles depending on your price range and what you want to use it for. (Uppababy with rumble seat, peg perego, and many others)

  • No experience with any of them. I have friends with twins that have a Contours they like. The only other one not mentioned I can think of is the Kinderwagon Hop if you have a Graco car seat.

  • We love our B Ready! It's big when used as a double, but I find it steers much nicer that the City Select and there are so many great seating options. Love the size of the basket, too! I can fill it up in mall trips.

  • I have the britax B agile which i love.. its light weight and easy to fold and travel with.. My sister has the britax chaperone which is heavier and a lot less travel friendly but very stable and easy to use.
We keep interchanging and love both!

  • I have the b ready and yes it is a little big but it is sooo smooth to push, easy to push with one hand and I had no trouble maneuvering through the mall with it. I feel like its not ridiculously bigger than travel system strollers to not make it worth it. Easy to fold and pop open. Havent used it as a double yet but I love it!

  • we have the phil and teds navigator and love it! we use to have a sport but upgraded . I love the new improved features. The only downside is the storage basket isnt as deep as it use to be .
  • I looked at the P&T Promenade at BBB the other day, and it was really nice.  Pricey, once you add the double seat, but very nice.
  • we went with the P&T Navigator over the B-Ready. I want to love the B Ready but its just massive! The Nav was on megasale over Christmas, so it was kind of a no brainer for us. DD already loves it and insisted on being pushed around the living room for almost an hr. She also likes both the top and bottom seats. I had no trouble with kicking the back of the seat.

I knew I didn't want t stroller like the City Select or the UBV where the second seat attached to the front - waaaaaay too long for my liking,  but thats just me.
