WTF Apt

I have my WTF apt on Monday. I have a HUGE list of questions. I'm so anxious for the meeting to get our plan on how we're proceeding next! I had my b/w done today and my hcg level is 97.1 so it's coming down quickly this time! The last miscarriage it took 2 months bc I had a polyp. Question, for those of you that had RPL panel done were you able to start testing right away or do I need to wait until my beta is negative? I'm just being impatient. I'm definitely a "fall and get right back on the horse" type of person. Also, random question but I accidentally deleted my June (bloom?) badge! Anyone have the link to give me? When I tried searching for it on the bump and found it, it said image no longer existed.

DH - SA #1, #2 and #3 - 0% morphology 
Straight to IVF w/ ICSI 
April 3 - start date for BC 
April 18 - tentative start date for injections 
Tentative IVF dates: ER - 4/27 and ET - 5/3!! DELAYED.
IVF #1 - May 6 - Estrace
May 17 - started injections!
ER and ET end of May!! BFFN :(
FET #1 - June 28th - BFP!!!! :)
Beta #1 - 164, Beta #2 - 381
1st u/s 7/16/13 - 2 sacs with yolks! 1 smaller than the other - Possible Twins?! 
2nd u/s 7/26/13 - 1 healthy baby with heartbeat of 123bpm! Second sac empty. Next u/s 8/5/13.
8/5/13 (7w2d) - no heartbeat. Lost our precious LO :-/
D&C on 8/12/13 - finally neg hcg 2 months later on 10/3/13.
Saline Songram on 10/10/13 - found polyp :-( post-poned again.
Hysteroscopy on 10/29/13.
FET #2 - BFP!!!! :-) 
Beta #1 - 265, Beta #2 - 692
12/24-12/28 (6w) - lost our LO (2nd miscarriage in a row)
RPL panel and Karyotyping; results all normal!
Started bcp's 1/24/14; saline sonogram 1/30/14 - All clear!!
IVF #2 02/15/14; ER 02/26/14 - freeze all due to mild OHSS. 
7 blasts; PGD on all 7 - all 7 normal!!!
FET #3 4/8/14; BFP!! :-)
Beta #1 - 235, Beta #2 - 539
1st u/s - It's TWINS!!!!
2nd u/s- both babies measuring on track! Heartbeats of 118 and 122!!
EDD: Christmas Day!!!

    I wast the same way after my loss, my RE did not make me wait until my beta went to 0, she did it right away. She was happy to hear that we were ready to cycle ASAP. I'm no help tot he June blooms pic, I hope you are able to find it tho!

    IVF #1 starting in August. ER 9/5/13 23 eggs we are fertilizing 15. 9 frozen
    ET 9/10 - transferred 1 perfect 5AA blast
    7dp5dt BFP ~~ Beta on 9/19 - 77.4 Beta #2 on 9/21 - 357
    Low heartbeat on 10/7 86, lower heartbeat on 10/11 76, no heartbeat 10/14/13. D&C 10/15/13
    Tests revealed MTHFR c677t mutation, put on Folgard.

    I hope you get some answers at your appointment and have a new plan.  I had 2 chemicals so my BETA went down right away. I had the RLP and nothing showed up.  I hope your RLP gives you some answers so you know how to proceed.  So sorry you are going though this.  
    ***SIGGY WARNING***

    DX: Unexplained
    6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  
    IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 
    Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???
    12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical
    After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  
    2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
    BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

    Good luck with your appointment. You don't have to wait for your beta to go down to have the RLP.

    DX: Hypothyroidism, PCOS, Myasthenia Gravis, Aplastic Anemia, one copy MTHFR DH SA: count 52% motility (slow progressive), 0% normal morph
    June-July 2012: Clomid cycles=BFNs
    August 2012: New RE, started Metformin, Letrozole 7.5mg+TI=BFN Sept. 2012: IUI#1: Letrozole 7.5mg=BFN
    Oct. 2012: IUI#2 Letrozole 7.5mg+Dexamethasone=BFN
    Nov '12-March '13 on a break
    April 2013: IUI#3 Letrozole 7.5mg+Dexamethasone=BFN
    June 2013: IVF#1  Follistim/Menopur/Ganirelix =BFN, 3 Frosties
    August 2013: FET#1=BFP 8/20/13,  EDD 4/30/13, MMC 10/1/13
    December 2013: IVF#2 Follistim/Menopur/Ganirelix=?

    I'm so sorry you are going through this.  I had my RPL done right away.  It was a while ago, but I think there was one antibody test that I had to come back for after my betas dropped.  None of the testing showed anything definitive, and my RE said it looked like we just had "bad luck".  I had slightly slightly elevated prolactin and slightly high thryroid levels.  None of the numbers were high enough to treat.

    Dx: Poor Embryo Quality, Arcuate Uterus, Poor Uterine Blood Flow, Mild Endo, 
           Protein S Deficiency, Sjorgen's Syndrome 

    IUI #1-5: BFN
    Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy: minimal endo, partial septoplasty
    IVF #1: 10R/6M/6F ~ Day 3 ET = BFN
    IVF #2: 14R/9M/5F ~ transfer canceled ~ all embryos arrested at 1-2 cell stage
    IVF #3: 9R/5M/5F ~ 1 frosty!
    IVF #4 (FET #1): BFN

    IVF #5 (DE IVF #1 with Dr. KK protocol): Currently PREGNANT!!!!!!
    Synthroid + Prednisone + Metformin + Baby Aspirin + Supplements Galore = 15+ pills a day
    Lupron + Lovenox + Delestrogen + IVIG + B/W = 2-5 pokes a day
    19R, 17M, 17F - transferred two Grade A blasts 11/16, four frosties!!!
    Beta #1 11/24 (13dpo/8dp5dt) = 367 ~ Beta #2 11/26 (15dpo/10dp5dt) = 709
    Beta #3 11/29 (18dpo/13dp5dt) = 1,997 ~ Beta #4 12/1 (20dpo/15dp5dt) = 3,403
