4 month old fighting sleep/teething/or both

Help!!! I don't know whether he's just hit a period of going on strike with sleeping, he's teething, or what!! He seems uncomfortable and somewhat interested in teething soothers but not sure how to tell or what to do lol! Help!!!

This! And educate your mama friends about it. I hardly know anyone that knows that 4 months is just a really hard time for their babies. 

It will get easier. Just understand that you LO needs you right now.

My LO recently started doing the same thing. I panicked at first because I was so exhausted, LO was always fussy and waking up a ton at night to comfort nurse. Then after I calmed down, I realized that it was a combination of the 4 month sleep regression, gas and teething pain. I give him gas drops after or before he eats or when it wakes him up. I give him teething tablets when his teeth hurt him. I've also focused on making sure he nurses well during the day and takes good naps, even if I have to hold him for hours sleeping in my lap. After he's been awake for 1.5 hours it's time for a nap. We do a diaper change, I put him in his sleep suit and then nurse him to sleep. I try putting him in his crib but he won't always stay asleep so then I hold him. Better sleep during the day means better sleep at night. You are not alone, this is a difficult time for a lot of babies and mommies. You will get through it.
