My 3 week old has recently started pulling off the boob at the beginning of every feeding. She does this 2-3 times before she latches for good and eats for her usual 10-15 minutes. Any advice?

She might be trying to trigger a letdown. I think my DS did this for awhile. Super annoying, but at least she's eating eventually, right?

It could be forceful/over active letdown. Are you spraying when she pulls off?
