Changing nipples on bottles

I BF my LO and she gets bottles of my breast milk through the day while I'm at work and I'm pumping.
When, if at all, should I be looking to go up a nipple level? I currently use the 1 on the Avent bottles, feedings go well but she is now older than the recommended age for the nipples. That said it's also very important for me to continue bbreastfeeding her when I'm home so I don't want the bottles to become to easy for her.

As long as she is drinking fine from it, you should continue to use the slowest flow possible.

If she's doing fine on the level 1s I'd stick with that!

I agree with the PPs.  If you're LO's fine with it, I'd leave it be.  DD took bm for 14 months and we always used the slowest flow nipple with no problems.
