Hi everyone! My name is Lauren, and I recently found out we're having another baby. We have a 10 month old DD right now, so they'll be just under 19 months apart. I'm preparing myself for the craziness! Any quick tips you can give me would be awesome.

Hi! Congratulations! We have an 8 month old DS, so our babies will be 13 months apart. You are in great company here

I don't have tips for you now, but maybe in a few months!

Hello! My 2 are just a couple days shy of 11 months apart. 

As mine were so close schedules are my new best friend. Also, I've learned that if I don't have a list of what all I need to take with me(or pick up at the store) I usually forget something. So now I have a sign next to my door that has the essentials on it just to be on the safe side. Now that we're about 8 months in I don't use it as often but still reference it when I'm tired or in a rush.

As I'm just now finding out there is a sleep regression at 18 months. So be prepared to be up with not just your new LO but also your older one. My 18mo used to sleep 12 hours straight at night but just recently started waking up again about 1-2 times a night. It will pass so just know there is a light at the end of the tunnel(still looking for mine).

That is all I can think of right now since the age gap is different. However, if you have any questions all the ladies on the board are helpful. H&H 9 months!

not sure how mobile your LO is, but rest when you're able to! 

as she starts walking, teach her to walk beside you when you go places instead of carrying her to help prepare for when you're holding the infant carrier.
