First Birthday Location Ideas (Kzoo, MI)?

LO's birthday is in a month and we live in a small house in the Kalamazoo/Richland, MI area.  I was going to look into renting a room at the Richland Community Center, but my family has stated that it would be too far for them to drive (45 minutes for the furthest person).  His family is lives about 20-30 minutes north-west of us, so Kalamazoo seems like the best location.  We have a studio downtown we could rent but it'd average almost $70/hr by the end of application fees and table/chair rentals, which seems insane for a birthday party she won't remember.  Our house is too small to have it here, we don't even do holidays here because it really only holds about 5 people comfortably.  Any ideas on locations to have a first birthday party in Kalamazoo in the middle of winter? With both families, we'd be looking at 15+ people minimum.

Also, we are looking at having it on a Sunday afternoon, and if all else fails we will have it at Bells (local brewery/pub).  We thought having it on her birthday would be too inconvenient for people as it'd be a school night at like 6:30pm. Open to ideas, preferably under $100 as we still have to do cupcakes and things.


UPDATE:  TO ANYONE ELSE IN KZOO, We found that Borgess Health and Fitness is $60, and that the YMCA is $25/hr.
