Bed Rest When Single...

SUCKS! I can't do a thing without my BP getting higher. Thankfully my dad is flying up next weekend to help me move and take my dog back. With the weather being insanely freezing and me on bed rest, even walking the dog is sucky/scary. One of those times I wish I wasn't alone so I had someone to take care of me or at least help. Another one of those times living away from family and friends really sucks I just hope I can keep it under control for the next 2 weeks, 3 days so she will be full term!

I'm sorry!! That sounds rough...being single and pregnant is hard enough without being on bed rest.

Thank you I'm moving next weekend and thankfully most of my packing is done, but it's agonizing sitting around with stuff to be packed and do and you really can't.

Hugs, that really sucks! I wasn't on bed rest, but moved in with my parents. No one would let me do much, it was very frustrating for me to not be helpful. Here's to you to keep cookin' that baby!

Thanks everyone! :-/ My car goes in the shop next week too for warranty work so I'll be without a vehicle which is good for bed rest, but not when you need to get the oil changed, get it detailed before baby etc.! CRAZY! I'm hoping there's time when my fam comes next weekend for them to take it and get that stuff done for me. They are only here for a quick weekend trip and then going back.

@LAMUEHLEN - No. Just up the road about 2 miles, so family will still be 800 miles away I can't move back to FL because of BD. He'd make my life more hell than he already is. And for those who don't know the story, I was already living here 8 months before we got back together, so I didn't move up here to spite him, take her from him, or any of that.
