Adding ticker

So, I haven't had to add a ticker in a really long time.  I used the search box and I'm not sure if the settings have changed recently but I can't follow the directions in past posts because the options have changed.  I created a ticker and copied the url...now where do I post it?

I figured it out.  For some reason the icons on the top that show your messages, inbox, account settings is missing.  If I hover above where the icons should be I can click on them...just can't see them.  Weird.

See the circle icon right under the word Community, up that way /

Click on that, then click on Notification Preferences.

On the left hand side, under your Avatar picture, click on Signature Settings

Paste the HTML code in the box!  And Voila!
