You live in Maryland, right? My DH is hoping for another Meriweather show because it's outside and I can stand in the back....we were there this summer and it POURED!
I was totally at that virginfest too, I was working at Journeys in Columbia mall and my boss gave me 1 ticket the day of fo free! Seeing Blink and Weezer was like the highlight of my show-going (thus far!)....and I saw Public Enemy perform too, unfortunately my memory of it was someone catching the tip of my ponytail on fire with their joint.
We drove 6 hours up there this summer just for 2 days of Phish. It is a great venue! Luckily, I went to the bathroom at the PERFECT time, cause when I came out, the skies had opened up, but I was under cover...unlike my friends prissy girlfriend who got completely soaked and was miserable! I can see myself wearing my baby with headphones, standing in the back....
@erbear1010 it really doesn't get much better than your kids first words being Joan Jett, DS is obsessed with my dad and his love for guitar hero and his first "sentence" was "rock on"

I seriously had a moment seeing Travis Barker and being in his vicinity. If this baby had been a boy he would have been named Travis Thankfully DH gets it, he made me this for my birthday last year

Jess & Adam, married 2009, precious Audrey born in 2011. BFP 1/6/13, 6-wk MMC discovered at 9 wks 2/11/13. D&C 2/18/13, second D&C 4/23/13 for retained placenta. BFP 8/24/13!! EDD 5/1/14, delivered healthy and sweet Zoey Leanne on 5/5/14 by repeat c-section.
My oldest and me after our fun Dora live show a few weeks ago and my girls and me dancing and singing ring around the rosy on NYE (got a new phone and these are the only ones so far:( )
With DS1 at the lake when he was about 4 months, about 12 months in the second, DS1 at 3 after I ran my first 5k, CF walk with DS2 in the Ergo, and one more of DS2 when he was six months in the frame. (Sorry for the pic of a pic- felt band I only had one of him!)
