WTH lupron?

So my RE said to expect my AF about 10 days after my depo lupron injection; however, my AF showed up 2 days after and didnt leave for 14 days. Then I had a break from my AF for about 3 days; now I'm spotting again! I thought the whole idea was to get rid of my AF to supress my adenomyosis? So what's with all the bleeding? Is this crap even working? Now I'm worried that it won't work for my FET in march and I'll end up with another bfn.

Does anyone who has used this therapy to treat endo or adenomyosis have any input on this matter?

I did Lupron for 4mths. I had AF the 3rd month. They said it was probably my cysts letting go of some estrogen? but that it was completely normal. I haven't had AF since. I just started Follitism .  Not sure thats a big help but good luck and I'll be sending good thoughts your way. Hope you get some answers and can make it to your FET without a hitch. [:
