I am definitely closing up shop here. I am 99% sure we are done so the plan is the pull out method while I'm bf'ing then bcp's for the next 3 years (to be positive) and then essure.

  • Do dads get amnesia too? I'm definitely not ready to get pregnant, but I am ready to discuss ideal spacing. My husband is terrified of seeing me go through another pregnancy-my blood pressure roller coaster scared him way more than it did me.

...Not ANYTIME soon! LOL. I'm constantly debating whether or not to just get my tubes tied or Essure.

As a FTM though, I definitely had baby fever! I wanted like a million more, hence having our babies 11 months apart!

  • I am so happy with just this little guy and SO and I have always thought 5 kids would be good but now that I am a csection situation I told him probably 3 since that is what I was told is max for csections. But he wants another soon and I told him we can try again when this little guy is toilet trained. I don't want two in diapers!!!!

We plan on having a couple more children. I refuse to be limited to three children because of a c-section. I know multiple people who have had at least 4 sections. You can search for a doctor that will do it.

OMG. Is this really a thing? I had no idea there was a "limit" on the number of times you could do a c-section! What do they think will happen if you have too many?

As far as I know cutting into scar tissue over and over makes it harder for the body to heal. Good to know there are doctors that will do it. We have talked about fostering or adopting after 3 of our own. There are always kids needing homes :)
Our original plan when we thought we couldn't have kids was adopting and fostering.
  • There's a limit on sections because of scar tissue and risk of uterine rupture.
