Should I count this as CD1??

I have had absolutely no sign of AF (but a few BFNs). Then last night while we did the deed, I started bleeding. Like, bright red. I thought, Great! Let's move on to the next cycle. I was so certain that I would wake up bleeding this morning, that I didn't temp when the alarm went off, and I did not test - it didn't even occur to me to test. Well, I woke up and there was absolutely nothing. No flow. No bleeding. No cramping. Not even any spotting. There was a little bit of normal CM, but that's it. 

I've been 12-day LP for a year now, but the last two cycles (this one included) have been a bit longer (which is good). 

My question is: Do I count last night as CD 1? I mean, it was red blood. Not a little spotting. Any thoughts? Do I hold tight?

Maybe I should e-mail/call the RE's nurse?

    If it's not a consistent flow I wouldn't count it as CD1. How many dpo are you?

    15 DPO today. Though, I'm wondering if maybe I O'd later than FF thinks. Definitely not consistent flow. Perhaps I just hold tight and see what happens later today...

    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    Wait and retest:-) fx so crossed for you:-) :-) :-) I am praying!!...I did that with my Ds spotted every time almost the first couple months...freaked out Dr said was from cervix being extra sensitive ....

    That's what my OB said when we were pregnant in May... It's hard to be hopeful for a positive at this point, but I am a little hopeful. :)

    Just thought I would update you all! As of five minutes ago, I'm riding the crimson tide.  CD 1. Onto our first medicated cycle. I'm just glad we're moving on. The last few days of a cycle are nerve-wracking, hahah.
