I am sooooo not a name brand person. I buy generic EVERYTHING.......except diapers.
I had all kinds from baby showers and tried them all. Parents Choice, Luvs, Huggies, Huggies Natural, Pampers Dry, Kroger brand, and Pampers Swaddlers. By far, Pampers Swaddlers got job done in comparison to the ones I listed. I wish I had a Target close to try their diapers out bc they seem to work well according to some of you all.
Dang old posts! I was seriously amazed that you were still using gifted diapers.
I still am using diapers we got from my shower. I'm down to a box and a half! Yikes. We LOVE pampers swaddlers. They fit really great and hardly have any blowouts. Huggies were okay. They were smaller and were low riders on him but they were still good. Luvs were awful! They stink like pee all the time. I was changing him 3x more than with pampers. I got a sample pack from Costco for the kirkland diapers a few weeks ago and I liked them. They were soft and they are on sale until the end of the month so I think I'll buy a box of those.
Tried Pampers Swaddlers, both regular and Sensitive...Huggies little snugglers, little movers and snug and dry...up and up, Honest diapers and Huggies overnights
My number 1 if cost was not an issue is Honest diapers, fit him so well and no leaks at all, no need for a separate overnight diaper, but at the moment I can't justify the cost
Pampers Swaddlers are a second choice (the sensitive run a tad bigger)
Don't mind Huggies...will get them if I have coupons/on a good sale...I like them when we're transitioning to the next size up because they're smaller than Pampers
I've got a box of Earths Best in the next size, so I'm excited to try those I heard they're very similar to Honest
Oh and I didn't like Up and Up...I could smell pee like 5 minutes later, plus they're very thin and he's peed through them
Both my kids get instant diaper rashes from most Pampers. Even the Swaddlers Sensitive. Cruisers work for DD at the moment. DS I just switched to Huggies Little Movers and I'm really liking them.
Also found Huggies to be on the smaller side in comparison to Pampers. Pampers Swaddlers are our main diaper choice, especially overnight. Also like Targets up & up brand and Honest company.
I love targets brand And @jgslr target does let you exchange just need your id
I had 2 HUGE boxes of Pamper's I tried exchanging at Target, and because it was Pamper's "old" logo from a few month's (ok maybe 7-8 months) ago, they wouldn't freaking let me!!! All I wanted was the next size up! Luckily I was able to sell them over facebook.

LOLz. Yeah looks like someone I've never hear of brought this back to life. No worries tho
Will you hate me if i say that we are STILL using gifted diapers? My parents bought a ton for Christmas because that's all DS "needed". We have been very blessed
I am another Pampers fan. The Baby Dry really works for DD overnight. She seems to always have a VERY wet diaper when we wake her up in the morning, and the Baby Dry prevents leaks even if it's saturated.
Huggies are also not that bad, but come in second to Pampers.
My dear mother has bought us several packs of CVS brand and I need to tell her to stop. They don't prevent leaks for DD at all and just don't seem to fit her body correctly, even though we know we have the right size.
We are using Pampers Swaddlers and Pampers sensitive Swaddlers. We tried Huggies and they leaked. I bought a package of the Safeway brand bc they were cheap and they leaked too. I buy diapers when they are on sale and I have a coupon or when they have the gift card with purchase from Target. I make sure to stock up. I hate paying retail for diapers and formula. With the last baby I stockpiled enough diapers at $5 per jumbo package or $10 per box that I didn't buy them again until she turned 2.
