How long did bleeding last? How heavy was it? I had light spotting sat and sun. I had cramping and red bleeding mon and tues but never bled into a pad, just some into the toilet when i went to the bathroom. It all stopped about 2pm yesterday. Nothing at all. I had a natural mc 9 years ago and i passed everything in about 3 hours but i remember a LOT of blood.

I have had 11 days of spotting one day was like a heavy period then it has decreases to a light but with clots over the next three days.  This is day 16 so hopefully it ends soon as this is more then a normal monthly flow in volume at this point.

I had bleeding for a few days after my mc. Although I passed the fetus, I still needed a D&C to remove everything completely. I bled for about a week after that.

Mine started brown, next day light red, and then that eve red got darker. I bled medium to heavy for 2 days. When I passed everything that night I stayed heavy - medium for about 4 days and then it turned light spotting before completely stopping. Everyone's different I'm sure

Mine was very light for first 2 days.  On the 3rd day it was very heavy and I passed tissue.  Then it was light again for 2 days.  Got heavier again on the next day (passed some more tissue).  After that it was very light until it stopped.  The whole thing took about a week.

Mine started as a mucousy brown discharge, it progressed to period-like bleeding on Tues. I passed quite a few clots with mild cramps. I had major cramping and back pain before going to bed Last night and woke up around 3am to pass the sac. All day today I've had very light spotting.

I havent passed any clots and havent even bled into a.pad so guess I am having another D&C tomorrow.

It was mostly like a period for me. I had really bad cramps (both back and stomach) right after I started bleeding and that lasted most of the night. After that, I had a normal period with the exception of tons of clots that lasted 4 days exactly. My Dr. said to only worry if I was filling a pad every hour.

I started spotting brown which turned to light red bleeding for about 3 days, then turned to heavy red bleeding for 3 more days, then spotting for 3 more. So far I have had either spotting/bleeding for almost 2 full weeks. Coming from someone whose period normally lasts 2-3 days max, this was A LOT of bleeding. I am hoping it ends today, I am really tired of seeing it every time I go to the bathroom. It makes it very hard to heal.

I had a natural MC at 10 weeks, although the fetal pole measured at 6w.  I had 7 days of light spotting that was a dark brown color.  Then it progressed to period-like bleeding for 1 day, and then very heavy bleeding for 1 day with bad period-like cramps when I passed some tissue.  Finally, it progressed to very intensely painful cramps and super heavy bleeding, passing lots of tissue for about 4 hours until I passed the fetus.  The heavy bleeding continued about one more day, and now it is back to period-like bleeding, a bit lighter but still significant, and my cramps have almost disappeared.  In total, it's been 11 days so far.

I'm at day 19 it is less but still spotting and some clots passing.  This is way drawn out the D&C was nice and fast and I didn't bleed.

I began bleeding on November 21 and am still bleeding heavily enough to fill 3-4 pads a day.

I am sorry for your loss.  My body would not nmc (waited 4 weeks, they wouldnt let me wait any longer) so I took misoprostol on December 21st. I had medium pain cramping for about 5 days with red bleeding and clots, it turned to spotting, no cramping on Dec 30th but 3 days later I passed one large clot (most likely the sac) but went back to brown spotting the next day. I am still having brown spotting right now 15 days after taking the meds.

I am very sorry for your loss. My Natural Miscarriage started on 9-21-13. My doctor monitored my HCG levels and since they were decreasing allowed me to continue with the process. On 11-29-13- I experienced heavy bleeding and had to go to ER where my levels were tested again and I was still at 29. D&C completed on 12-4-13- no fetal tissue found in uterus. So the next step was a methotrexate shot in case of ectopic somewhere so on 12-20-13 which finally brought my levels to 6- fingers crossed my HCG levels will be down to normal level so that I can put these past 3 months behind me. I just wanted to share my LONG story in hopes of helping others out.

Thanks everyone. On US on friday the dr felt I had done most of it. The Friday prior i had a baby with a heartbeat. One week later my uterus appeared empty. I never had any clots and didn't bleed as much as a period even. The bleeding seems done now. I have some occasional cramps.
